Marian Contreras, CEOI was born in Mexico City and at an early age lived in Guadalajara. For the past 22 years I have lived in Ajijic because this beautiful location has such tranquility and beautiful landscapes. I also chose to work with one of the most established real estate companies lakeside because the Broker who had decades of experience both in the US and Mexico was to be my Mentor. During the 16 years I worked with this Broker, I also became a lawyer which has enabled me to enlighten foreign Buyers with accurate information about the ever changing Mexican law. Being completely Bi Lingual I have also collaborated with most of the local real estate agencies always finding solutions to bring to a successful conclusion with the real estate transactions in which I have participated. I am member of AMPI.
